How did you decide where to go for your hair/makeup? What tools did you use to find a place if you didn't have one in mind already? How did you decide between possible choices (if you had more than one)?

I'm currently planning on doing my own hair for the wedding. This is the 3rd time I've done the style, but I wasn't able to get decent shots of it without help. Day-of I'll have my mom and MOH with me to help make sure it's even and maybe get the ends to curl a little tighter.

I have been engaged for THREE YEARS. The fact that we are 44 days out is totally surreal to me. I figured I'd do a little progress post/question thing.

 Hi! Yesterday was my hair trial with FMIL. What do you think?? There is going to be a twig/branch/flower tiara right before the 'bump' if you can see what i mean from the pictures. Where should we place the veil/should I have a veil?
